43-year-old Stephen Bittman walked up to the police and uttered random statements to them on the evening of September 28th in downtown Nashville. Police reported him having visible signs of intoxication and attempted to assist him to his hotel or home. He was unable to tell them the address or contact someone he knew. He was then arrested for public intoxication as he was unable to care for himself in public.
Stephen Michael Bittman was booked into the Metro Nashville Jail on September 28th, charged with public intoxication. A judicial commissioner set his bond at $250.
