35-year-old Cody Westover was found passed out on the sidewalk by Lucky Bastard Saloon early Saturday morning by downtown officers. He could not stand on his own and had slurred speech during an attempted conversation. Westover refused all medical treatment and was taken into custody for public intoxication.
Cody Westover was booked into the Metro Nashville Jail on October 28th, charged with public intoxication. A judicial commissioner set his bond at $100.
