37-year-old Amber Roth was taken into custody for felony theft on December 15th. Roth was the front office manager at A Step Ahead, where she handled employee payroll and finances. During her employment, Joe Reiger discovered that she had been stealing money for at least a year. She altered her work hours, falsified travel mileage claims, and gave herself a $100,000 raise during her employment.
Amber Roth of Valcour Court in Hendersonville, TN, was booked into the Metro Nashville Jail on December 19th, charged with theft. She is free on a $25,000 bond.
