40-year-old Florida man Alejandro Marc was at Losers Bar & Grill early Sunday morning with a friend when a third fried was denied entry due to their level of intoxication. The two friends walked outside to confront security and were extremely intoxicated. Marc reportedly pushed a security guard, who punched him in the face in return. A fight ensued, and Marc then spit blood on the bouncer, Devin Ramirez, who wanted to prosecute for the assault. The entire incident was captured on security video. Marc was taken into custody and transported to booking.
Alejandro Robinson Marc of SW 93 CT in Palmetto Bay, FL, was booked into the Metro Nashville Jail on January 7th, charged with assault, disorderly conduct, and public intoxication. A judicial commissioner set his bond at $1,850, and the Davidson County Sheriff’s Office gave him pre-trial release from their facility.
