23-year-old Kevin Garfias was speeding down Nolensville road and weaving between lanes early Sunday morning when he passed officers who were on an unrelated call. A traffic stop was conducted near Radnor Street, and Garfias was reportedly visibly intoxicated when speaking with officers. An open beer was also observed in the cup holder of the vehicle. He refused all field sobriety tests, and admitted to coming from a bar — but stated he did not consume any alcohol. Another bottle of open alcohol was also found in the vehicle during a search. Garfias was taken into custody and charged with DUI.
