24-year-old Mina Mesallaa sped past officers at a red light on Murfreesboro Pike near Briley Parkway on January 1st. They observed him using the shoulder and turning lane to pass other drivers, so they conducted a traffic stop. Mesalla was going 75 mph in a 45 mph zone and was cited for the violation. He was booked on the citation of reckless driving on January 31st.
Mina Mesallaa of Asheford Court was booked on a citation on January 30th, charged with reckless driving.
