25-year-old Brice Edward Kiggins caused a car accident on Murfreesboro Pike late February 4th. Kiggins talked to officers when they arrived, advising them it was his fault for the crash. Kiggins advised that he did not see the other driver when he made a left off Murfreesboro Pike, causing the collision. Officers observed him to be visibly intoxicated as he explained that he was coming from downtown Nashville, where he had two beers. Kiggins agreed to sobriety tests and performed poorly. Kiggins then provided two breath samples, resulting in 0.165 BAC% and 0.151 BAC%. He was taken into custody for driving under the influence.
