47-year-old Christopher Geary had an altercation with his sister-in-law, Rebecca Lynn Lawton, near Kid Rock’s Honky Tonk around 8 p.m. on February 7th. Christopher and Rebecca were both detained before the officers arrived. Officers reviewed MNPD traffic camera footage from Broadway and 3rd Avenue to see what had occurred between them. Officers reviewed footage that showed Sarah Jane Geary, his co-defendant, starting a fight with Rebecca before Christopher ran towards her and pushed her. Geary was taken into custody for domestic assault.
Christopher Geary was booked into the Metro Nashville Jail on February 7th, charged with domestic assault. A judicial commissioner set his bond at $1,000.
