18-year-old Madison Martin had an altercation with Krislee Murphy at Walnut Youth Academy, where they reside, on Stewarts Ferry Pike around 2 p.m. on March 7th. Upon arrival, officers spoke with Martin, who stated that she and Murphy had argued, and Murphy said something that Martin did not like, so she “swung” at her. Officers reviewed surveillance footage, which showed Martin walking up to Murphy and exchanging words with her before striking her in the face, leaving a red bruise on her cheek. Murphy told officers that she did not wish to prosecute for the punch. Martin was taken into custody for assault.
Madison Martin of Stewarts Ferry Pike in Nashville, TN, was booked into the Metro Nashville Jail on March 7th, charged with assault. A judicial commissioner set her bond at $1,000, and the Davidson County Sheriff’s Office gave her pre-trial release from their facility.
