40-year-old Jessie Mallard was taken into custody for aggravated assault with a deadly weapon on March 12th. On June 7th, Emilie Rupert Williams went to Century Farms Emergency Room, where she spoke with officers, advising them that on June 6th, she had a physical altercation with an unidentified female at her Cedar Pointe Park Way residence. Then, she explained that her boyfriend, Mallard, had arrived at her house intoxicated and that she was suspicious of him having relations with the unknown female, so she confronted him about it. Williams said that this angered him, and then he grabbed her by the hair and tossed her into the wall, causing her to fall, during which he started kicking her in her rib cage. She said he started throwing glassware at her, which she defended by putting her hands up, resulting in severe lacerations on her right hand and wrist from the shattered glass that would require stitches. Afterward, Mallard told her he could do whatever he wanted and be with whoever he wanted. He then packed his belongings and left the location.
