42-year-old Musician Carl Miner was speeding on Briley Parkway West near mile marker 22.4 in the early hours of July 14th,2023. Officers observed him going 70 mph in a 55-mph-zone, conducted a traffic stop, and cited him for the incident. He did not appear in court or pay the fine by September 1st, 2023, so a warrant was issued for his arrest. Miner was then taken into custody on March 18th.
Carl Edward Miner of Eatons Creek Road in Joelton, TN, was booked on a citation on March 18th, charged with speeding under 75 mph.
