59-year-old Tammy Boone was taken into custody for driving under the influence on April 4th. Officers responded to a call for service regarding Boone’s vehicle in traffic and conducted a traffic stop near Hemmingway Drive and Hillsboro Pike. She was slow to comply with their emergency equipment but eventually stopped and was removed from her car. Once removed, officers noticed she was unsteady on her feet and reeked of alcohol, so they asked if she would perform sobriety tests, but she declined. During a search, officers discovered a small white and blue pill labeled “I59,” which she claimed no ownership or knowledge of. She was then taken into custody and transported to booking.
Tammy H. Boone Hillsboro Pike in Nashville, TN, was booked into the Metro Nashville Jail on April 4th, charged with DUI and implied consent. A judicial commissioner set her bond at $3,000, and the Davidson County Sheriff’s Office gave her pre-trial release from their facility.
