21-year-old Ryland Cailis Ford and Olivia Leigh Harris were grabbing and pulling on each other in front of Luke’s 32 Bridge late April 6th. Upon arrival, officers were pointed to the incident and advised that they showed signs of impairment during their scuffle. Officers noticed Ford reeked of alcohol and appeared not to understand them when they questioned him about arranging a ride home. Additionally, he had a bloody nose and a hand twitch consistent with cocaine usage. Ford then became uncooperative and tried to walk away, so officers stopped and detained him. During an arrest search, they located a small bag of cocaine in his wallet. Ford was taken into custody for simple possession and public intoxication.
