44-year-old Misty Marie Kragenbrink was taken into custody for criminal trespass, public intoxication, disorderly conduct, and assault on May 1st. Officers were called to enforce a trespassing waiver at Nashville Municipal Auditorium, where they observed Kragenbrink hitting Larry Summers, who was sitting on the property with her. When they approached her to inform her that she was trespassing, she reeked of alcohol and could not walk independently without falling over. Officers deemed her a danger to herself and tried to detain her, during which she started screaming, spitting, and cursing at officers and passersby. Then, she was arrested for the incident.
Misty Marie Kragenbrink of Nashville, TN, was booked into the Metro Nashville Jail on May 1st, charged with assault. She is free on a $1,000 bond.
