20-year-old Demario Monstase Tibbs had a domestic incident with Ceteonna McClain at her residence on April 29th. McClain advised officers that Tibbs broke down the door after being locked out. After breaking the door down, Tibbs pushed McClain against the wall and threw her to the ground, where he spat on her face. Witnesses told officers that they saw Tibbs standing over her outside of the residence, trying to take her car keys away before leaving the scene. Tibbs was taken into custody for domestic assault on May 1st.
Demario Monstase Tibbs of Creekwood Drive in Nashville, TN, was booked into the Metro Nashville Jail on May 1st, charged with assault. He is free on a $1,500 bond.
