32-year-old Brett Thomas Michaels refused to leave Barstool Nashville on Second Avenue South late May 17th. Security for the establishment flagged officers down following the incident. When officers arrived, they noticed Michaels showed signs of intoxication, and they informed him that the business wanted him off the property. Michaels became argumentative with officers but eventually left Barstool Nashville. Then, Michaels returned, antagonizing the police and becoming a public annoyance, walking up and down the middle of the roadway. Michaels was then deemed a danger to himself and others. Michaels was taken into custody for public intoxication.
