28-year-old Albulen Maksuti, owner of Auto Spot, was removed from The Stage on Broadway in the early hours of May 25th. After security escorted him outside the establishment, he became highly combative. Maksuti repeatedly charged at security, so they had to push him away multiple times. Officers observed this and moved between them because Maksuti approached them violently. Security personnel advised officers that Maksuti was trying to fight with another patron when he became belligerent. Maksuti pushed and pulled away from security guards while trying to charge toward the location’s front door. Then, officers noticed he reeked of alcohol and was “extremely uncooperative” despite being given multiple chances to leave. Maksuti yelled at officers and started to get in their faces, so they went to detain him. Maksuti began resisting arrest, pulling his arms away and locking his joints until officers placed him on the ground, where they handcuffed him. Maksuti was taken into custody for disorderly conduct, resisting arrest, and public intoxication.
Albulen Maksuti of E Normandy Drive in Oak Creek, WI, was booked into the Metro Nashville Jail on May 25th, charged with disorderly conduct, resisting arrest, and public intoxication. He is free on a $1,000 bond.
