37-year-old Dustin Albert Weber was driving his vehicle at 90 mph in a 55 mph zone just after 1 a.m. Thursday, according to THP Trooper Joseph Chery. Chery says Weber passed his patrol car at that speed, and he initiated a traffic stop on I-40 near mile marker 52. Weber reportedly reeked of alcohol and performed poorly on field sobriety tests. Inside his vehicle was two empty beer bottles (Samuel Adams) and several pills, believed to be Adderall.
Dustin Albert Weber of Paragon Mills Rd in Nashville, TN, was booked into the Metro Nashville Jail on November 17th, charged with implied consent violation, driving under the influence, and drug possession without a prescription. A judicial commissioner set his bond at $3,000, and the Davidson County Sheriff’s Office gave him pre-trial release from their facility.
