38-year-old Keith Gardner is charged with reckless driving after passing a police officer while traveling 100 mph on I-24 near Ellington Parkway, where the speed limit is 55 mph. He made abrupt lane changes and almost lost control when he ran off the shoulder of the roadway. A traffic stop was conducted and he was cited for reckless driving and driving on a suspended license (2nd offense).
Keith Gardner of Mcmurtry Rd in Goodlettsville, TN, was booked on the citation on April 28th, charged with reckless driving and driving on a suspended license.
