Duncan Kimsey jailed after drunken disorderly behavior

When officers responded to a call of a trespasser at a local venue, the staff stated that 28-year-old Duncan Kimsey was asked to leave multiple times and refused. The location has an active trespass waiver, and Kimsey was still on the property when officers arrived. The defendant reportedly reeked of alcohol, had slurred speech, and became argumentative with officers. Officers state because he was clearly intoxicated and pulled his arms away during cuffing, he was placed under arrest and charged with resisting arrest, public intoxication, and criminal trespass.

Duncan Kimsey of Holly Circle in Soddy Daisy, TN, was booked into the Metro Nashville Jail on October 9th, charged with public intoxication, criminal trespass, and resisting arrest. A judicial commissioner set his bond at $1,600, and the Davidson County Sheriff’s Office gave him pre-trial release from their facility.
