22-year-old Herber Mauricio Aguilar-Martinez was getting rowdy, shoving patrons on the dance floor at Kid Rock’s Honky Tonk in the early hours of December 11th. The security at the establishment stated that when they told Aguilar-Martinez to leave the premises, he began to shove them, so they detained him until the officers arrived. Aguilar-Martinez was visibly intoxicated when the officers attempted to interview him, so they tried to transport him to the patrol car, but he stuck his foot out, hindering them from closing the door. Two security officers had to assist in getting him safely into the police vehicle. Aguilar-Martinez was taken into custody for resisting arrest and public intoxication.
