30-year-old Deborah Louise Lumbard was speeding near Ashland City Highway and Pecan Valley Road around 2:53 p.m. on May 30th, 2023. Officers observed her going 75 mph in a 55 mph zone, conducted a traffic stop, and cited her for the incident that day. After failing to appear in court, Lumbard was booked on the citation for speeding over 75 mph on April 18th, 2024.
Deborah Louise Lumbard of North Tennessee Boulevard in Nashville, TN, was booked into the Metro Nashville Jail on April 18th, charged with speeding over 75 mph. She is free on a $0 bond.
