Franklin Neal high on crystal meth, passes out behind Wingstop on Old Hickory Boulevard

39-year-old Franklin Neal was found passed out behind Wingstop on Old Hickory Boulevard late April 20th. Upon arrival, officers located Neal and noticed he kept dozing off, showing signs of impairment, so they deemed him a danger to himself and others. When they stood him up, they saw a small baggie of crystal meth underneath him. Neal was then taken into custody for simple possession and public intoxication.

Franklin D Neal was booked into the Metro Nashville Jail on April 20th, charged with possession with intent and public intoxication. A judicial commissioner set his bond at $1,100.
