Alabama Tourist Joshua Miller charged after drinking at Kid Rock’s Honky Tonk with loaded handgun

43-year-old Alabama Tourist Joshua Bradley Miller was booked on the citation of weapon possession while drinking in a bar on April 29th. On March 9th, security for Kid Rock’s Honky Tonk flagged officers down regarding a male patron, later identified as Miller, who was inside the establishment with a firearm. When officers arrived, they located Miller with a loaded handgun, and he admitted to consuming alcohol. Miller stated he was from Alabama and was unaware of Tennessee Firearm Laws. He was cited for the incident.

Joshua Bradley Miller of Lee Road in Phenix City, AL,  was booked on a citation on April 29th, charged with weapon inside of a bar.
