43-year-old Jason Bland says things “got pushy” in a domestic dispute but denies hitting anyone. Two female victims, however, say he became upset and began to hit and kick one of them and strangled her, and a juvenile victim says Bland pushed her when she told him she was starting to record the incident on her phone.

Officers arrived at the Hilson Road home before midnight on July 1st and met with Gisela Sarabia, who states she was in a verbal argument in the bedroom with Jason Bland over money when he became upset and began to hit and kick her, and then slapped her in the face and kicked her in the leg and stomach. As she was escaping to the hallway, Bland reportedly strangled her with one hand.

The 13-year-old juvenile victim states she told Bland she was starting to record the assault when he pushed her and took her phone from her hand. Bland told police that things “got pushy” but denies hitting anyone.
