24-year-old William Rooney was found extremely intoxicated during CMA Fest on the lower level of Music City Center Sunday. He reeked of alcohol and could not assist in getting himself back to his hotel. Officers took him into custody and charged him with public intoxication due to his inability to care for himself.
William Stephen Rooney was booked into the Metro Nashville Jail on June 11th, charged with public intoxication. A judicial commissioner set his bond at $100.
