24-year-old Justin Cohen was kicked out of the rooftop pool and bar area of the Virgin Hotel Tuesday afternoon after causing a disturbance with other guests. He refused to leave the property when asked, and security guard Dilliun Emerson began to escort him away. Cohen then shoved Emerson and smacked him in the face with the palm of his hand, as confirmed by security footage. Metro Nashville Police arrived and found Cohen extremely intoxicated, and he was charged with public intoxication and assault of the bouncer.
Justin David Cohen of Demonbreun St in Nashville, TN, was booked into the Metro Nashville Jail on July 4th, charged with assault and public intoxication. A judicial commissioner set his bond at $1,100, and the Davidson County Sheriff’s Office gave him pre-trial release from their facility.
