58-year-old Joseph Enlow was seen walking in the middle of the 8th Avenue South and McGavock Street intersection on April 5th. When officers arrived at the mentioned location, they observed Multiple vehicles forced to move out of the way to avoid hitting him. Once stopped, Enlow provided law enforcement with his name and date of birth but refused to give any reason for his behavior in the street. Joseph Enlow was taken into custody and charged with disorderly conduct.
Joseph Enlow was booked into the Metro Nashville Jail on April 5th, charged with disorderly conduct. A judicial commissioner set his bond at $50.
