37-year-old Massage Therapist Brandon Parsons was involved in a car crash at Hillsboro Pike on April 9th. Parsons was located walking away from the crash and did not attempt to contact law enforcement. When officers met with Parsons, he told them that “he crashed” and was trying to get home. Parsons admitted that he drank seven draft beers and then drove in his car. Parsons consented to sobriety tests and performed poorly. Officers informed Parsons about implied consent, but he refused to provide a breath sample. Brandon Parsons was taken into custody and charged with implied consent, driving under the influence, and leaving the scene of an accident.
Brandon D. Parsons of Hillsboro Pike in Nashville, TN, was booked into the Metro Nashville Jail on April 9th, charged with leaving the scene of an accident, driving under the influence, and an implied consent violation. A judicial commissioner set his bond at $4,000, and the Davidson County Sheriff’s Office gave him pre-trial release from their facility.
