Julian De La Rosa jailed after punching bouncer at Jason Aldean’s Bar in downtown Nashville

20-year-old Julian De La Rosa was disorderly at Jason Aldean’s Bar early January 1st. Security guards advised officers that De La Rosa was extremely intoxicated, refused to leave after being told to, and punched Tony Madrid, a security guard, in the chin when they were detaining him. De La Rosa pulled away from officers, trying to avoid handcuffs, but he was ultimately taken into custody for resisting public intoxication and resisting arrest.

Julian De La Rosa of S Outagamie Street in Appleton, WI, was booked into the Metro Nashville Jail on January 1st, charged with assault, public intoxication, and resisting arrest. A judicial commissioner set his bond at $2,100, and the Davidson County Sheriff’s Office gave him pre-trial release from their facility.
